Booking, payment and cancellation terms

Provisional reservations may be accepted in person, by phone, in writing, fax or e-mail. Pre-booking must contain the name, address, phone, fax or e-mail and the desired date and scope of services. Binding reservation will be confirmed in writing after the pension payment in advance required services at 50% of the price of services.

The advance will be required in the following cases:

bulk booking more than two rooms, regardless of length of stay,
Individual reservations for more than 4 days
Always on the reservation in the period July, August and from December 20 to 5 January.
The deposit is to be paid no later than 3 months before the onset of accommodation, for bookings of shorter time in advance on the maturity date of the advance.
If the deposit is not paid on the maturity date, the provisional booking expires.
Advance booking is not required when in a shorter period than 1 week before onset.
The advance may be paid in cash, credit card or transfer to a bank account on the basis of an advance statement issued pension

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations will be charged to the client the following cancellation charges set out in% of total advances. Any remaining amount will be sent to the client account transfer or postal order to the address.
